PIG-UNEK-EYEMINI

Uneekor’s EYE MINI launch monitor, supplied through Carl’s Place — placed on the hitting surface beside the ball. It is the launch monitor in the Low-Ceiling Build — the build for rooms whose ceiling cannot take an overhead unit. Uneekor’s warranty policy gives one year on this unit for purchases from 2025.

Ordering and delivery

A flat $25 shipping charge applies at checkout. Carl’s Place ships this unit to US and Canadian addresses; this store ships to the lower 48 states and D.C.

Computer. A PC is optional: Uneekor lists a Windows PC specification for full simulation and an iPad path through its VIEW Air app.

In the box. Unit, carrying case, power cable, CAT6 Ethernet cable, alignment rod, tweezers and 1,280 club stickers (Uneekor product page).

Placement

Beside the ball, so the ceiling only has to clear you

Carl’s Place publishes an ideal room of 9′H × 14′W × 18′D for the EYE MINI — 9–10 ft ceiling, a 14 ft swing area, 7 ft behind the tee, 10–12 ft from tee to screen and 1 ft behind the screen. The unit sits on the hitting surface beside the ball, aligned parallel to the target line, and asks nothing of the ceiling itself.

  • Body. 15.8″ H × 6.5″ W × 6.6″ L; 7.9 lb (Uneekor product page).
  • Hitting zone. 12″ long × 8″ wide (Uneekor product page; the manual’s ready-zone figures differ, and the product page is used here).
  • Handedness. Uneekor: all its launch monitors read left- and right-handed golfers; handedness is set in the player profile.
  • Computer. A PC is optional: Uneekor lists a Windows PC specification for full simulation and an iPad path through its VIEW Air app.

What it measures

Cameras, zone, and what ships in the box

What separates one launch monitor from another is what it can see, from where, and what it comes with.

Tracking

Two high-speed cameras; 19 data points on unmarked balls, club data with the supplied club stickers (Carl’s Place program sheet).

The hitting zone

12″ long × 8″ wide (Uneekor product page; the manual’s ready-zone figures differ, and the product page is used here). Where the ball may sit is what decides whether a centered mat serves two golfers without moving anything.

Software — in the box, and compatible

Uneekor’s Player Package and a free three-month Ultimate package. Uneekor lists GSPro, E6 Connect, TGC 2019 and Creative Golf as the third-party titles its launch monitors run, through Uneekor Launcher with a Pro, Champion or Ultimate membership; each title is licensed from its publisher.

Whose numbers these are

Precision does not manufacture this unit and does not test it. Every figure on this page is Uneekor’s or Carl’s Place’s, quoted from their published pages; where the two disagree the page says which it uses, and where neither publishes a figure it is stated as unknown rather than guessed.

Beside the ball, it asks the ceiling for nothing.

Which build is yours?

A side-placed unit asks nothing of the ceiling. Enter the room and the Space Calculator will show what the enclosure and the projector still need from it.
