Start With the Room

Will a Simulator Fit Your Space?

Three measurements — width, length, and the ceiling at its lowest point — decide most of what your room can take. Check yours before you go any further.

Luxury Golf Simulators Built Around You, Not a Catalog.

Anyone can sell you a launch monitor. A simulator is three systems that have to agree with each other inside one room — something that measures the strike, something that renders the course, and something that stops the ball. Precision specifies all three against your dimensions, ceiling height and lighting, orders them as one matched system, and schedules the professional installer who builds it. You approve the design and the price before anything is ordered.

Where to Start

Three ways in

Most people arrive with one of three questions. Start wherever yours is — they all end in the same conversation.

Start with the room

Three measurements decide most of the build — width, length and the ceiling at its lowest point. Ceiling height is what most often forces a change of plan.

The Hardware

Tour-Grade Accuracy Is the Whole Point

Precision supplies the same photometric tracking, 4K laser projection and tensioned impact screens specified for commercial fitting studios. Every figure we publish is the manufacturer’s, which means you can check it against the source before you buy.

Precision Ball & Club Tracking: Full club and ball data on every strike, for true-to-life ball flight.

True-to-Course Realism: World-famous courses rendered on a tensioned impact screen rated to 250 mph ball speeds.

Calibrated In Your Room: Your professional installer calibrates the system in your space, under your lighting — not in a warehouse.

Common Questions

The things worth knowing first

Short answers, with the source named wherever a number is involved. If yours is not here, the consultation is free and answering it is the point of the call.

How much room do I actually need?

It depends on the launch monitor and the enclosure, which is why the room comes first. Carl’s Place, who make the enclosure, publish 8–9 ft of ceiling as the minimum and 10 ft or more as the recommendation. A ceiling-mounted launch monitor asks for the full 10 ft; a side-placed unit works in a foot less. How much ceiling your swing needs is the one figure no manufacturer publishes. Check your room — enter it at its lowest point and the tool returns the builds that fit, what each one asks of the space, and what would change the answer.

Can I install it myself?

You can, and we will sell you the equipment and the room design without the labour if that is what you want. Be clear about the scope, though. A kit enclosure goes up in about one to two hours — but that is the frame and the screen. The rest of the room is the real work: mounting and aligning the projector, positioning and calibrating the launch monitor, PC and software setup, cable routing, turf and mat, and any electrical. That commonly runs 25 to 50 hours across two to four weekends. Our Process page compares both paths honestly, including what each one actually costs you.

Will it run GSPro or E6 Connect?

The launch monitors we carry run industry-standard simulation software including GSPro and E6 Connect, alongside each manufacturer’s own package — FSX for Foresight, Refine and Succeed for Uneekor. Compatibility is specific to the hardware unit, so the software pairing is confirmed as part of specifying your room rather than left for you to check.

How long does it take?

Timelines vary by component, and we do not publish a number we cannot stand behind. Equipment is generally the fast part. Enclosures and cut-to-order impact screens are made to order, and the manufacturers do not publish a fixed production window — so we confirm your delivery date before your card is charged, and you receive tracking for each component as it ships. As a planning figure, a complete room commonly runs 6 to 10 weeks from approved design to first swing. That is a market benchmark, not a promise about your build.

How do warranties work?

All hardware carries the original manufacturer’s warranty — BenQ publishes three years parts and labour on the LK936ST, Foresight one year on the GC3, Uneekor two years on the EYE XO2. Precision is an authorized reseller for BenQ, and supplies Foresight Sports, Uneekor and Carl’s Place equipment. If something fails, you contact us and we handle the claim with the manufacturer. Installation is covered by a coordination guarantee: one contract, one number, and one party responsible for making it right.
