These terms govern the use of precisionindoorgolf.com and every purchase made through it. They are written to describe how Precision actually operates: what it sells, how an order is accepted and paid, what the manufacturers warrant, and what Precision itself undertakes. Read them with the Shipping & Returns policy and the Privacy Policy, which they incorporate.

This website is operated by ARM Media Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Precision Indoor Golf (“Precision”). Every order placed here is a contract between you and ARM Media Group LLC. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms, the Shipping & Returns policy and the Privacy Policy. Precision is an Authorized Carl’s Place Reseller, and sells the products of other manufacturers under their own names.

Precision is a design and coordination practice for indoor golf simulators. It does two things. It sells simulator components — enclosures, screens, launch monitors, projectors, hitting mats, computers and their accessories — at the prices shown, through an ordinary checkout. And it designs complete rooms: a consultation, a specification matched to your room, a single quote, and a professional installer scheduled under one contract. The catalogue and the consultation are separate paths; a product bought at checkout does not include design or installation unless a signed quote says it does.
An order is placed when you complete checkout and is accepted when Precision sends the order confirmation. Precision may refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price, is no longer available from its manufacturer, or where the order appears to be for resale. Where Precision cancels an order it refunds any amount paid in full and tells you by the email on the order. Quantities may be limited per order.
Occasionally the site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, offers, shipping charges, transit times and availability. Precision reserves the right to correct any error and to change or update information or cancel an order if any information is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price charged is the price shown at the time you place the order. Shipping is charged as set out in the Shipping & Returns policy. Sales tax is calculated at checkout for the delivery address.
Orders are paid in full at checkout, and your payment method is charged when the order is placed. Checkout accepts the cards shown at checkout, Shop Pay, PayPal and Venmo. Shop Pay Installments is offered on eligible orders and is provided by Affirm on Affirm’s terms; Precision is paid in full and Affirm is your lender. Precision does not offer any discount, coupon or promotional price on Carl’s Place products.
A consultation is complimentary and carries no obligation. There is no quote on the call: Precision evaluates the room first and quotes afterwards. A concierge build is sold on a fixed, all-in quote that names every component, the installation scope, the schedule and the payment terms. The quote is signed electronically before any invoice is issued; the invoice is paid in full before any component is ordered; components are ordered only after payment settles. Where the signed quote and these terms differ, the quote governs. Shop Pay Installments is available on the invoice.
Shipping charges, delivery areas, lead times, inspection on delivery, transit damage, returns, restocking fees and cancellations are set out in the Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: products ship from their manufacturers and may arrive separately; Carl’s Place products ship free by ground on orders of $100 and up; other manufacturers’ products carry one $25 shipping charge per order; each manufacturer’s return terms apply to its products; digital products are final sale; and Precision is your single point of contact for all of it.
Every specification published on this site — dimensions, throw ratios, ceiling and room figures, warranty terms — is the manufacturer’s own published figure, and the page cites it. Where a manufacturer publishes no figure, the page says so rather than estimating one. Product photographs are the manufacturers’ and show the manufacturer’s product; illustrations on this site depict principles and are labeled as such. Precision supplies and specifies equipment; the testing and certification of that equipment is the manufacturer’s.
Each product carries its manufacturer’s warranty on the manufacturer’s terms, cited on its product page. Warranty service is performed by the manufacturer; Precision coordinates it and remains your point of contact. Precision extends no warranty of its own on any manufacturer’s product, and nothing on this site, in a quote or in correspondence should be read as one.
Carl’s Place impact screens and enclosure fabrics are consumable goods sold without a manufacturer warranty.
Except as expressly stated in a manufacturer’s written warranty, products are provided as is and as available, and Precision disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
Where a signed quote includes installation, the work is performed on site by a professional installer engaged by Precision, under Precision’s contract with you, and Precision is the single party accountable to you for the outcome. The installer is not Precision’s employee. The quote states what the installation includes. Unless the quote says otherwise, the room itself — structure, electrical supply, network, lighting, finishes and any permit — is yours to provide. Products bought through checkout without a quote are supplied for self-installation or for an installer of your choosing.
The Space Calculator, Measure Your Room guide and similar tools calculate from the dimensions you enter and from manufacturers’ published clearance figures, and they say which figure each result rests on. A result is guidance for choosing a build, not a survey of your room: it cannot see obstructions, floor levels or structure, and where no manufacturer publishes a figure the tool asks you to test the swing rather than guessing. Confirm the room before ordering an enclosure, or book a consultation and Precision will confirm it with you.
Carl’s Place, Uneekor, BenQ, LG, FlightScope, SkyTrak, GOLFJOY, NVISAGE, TruGolf, Laon, SurfThing, AOC, Big Moss and the other names and marks on this site belong to their owners and are used to identify their products. Precision Indoor Golf, its logo and the original content of this site belong to ARM Media Group LLC. Nothing here grants a license to either.
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy its content, or to misrepresent who you are when placing an order or booking a consultation. The site may link to manufacturers’ and third parties’ sites; their content and terms are theirs. The site is not intended for use by anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
In no case shall Precision, its members, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of the site or any products procured through it, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the site or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the site or any content or product posted, transmitted or otherwise made available through it, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions Precision’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Precision and its members, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
These terms, and any separate agreement under which Precision provides products or services to you, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
If any provision of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law and severed from the rest, which remains in effect. These terms, with the policies they incorporate and any signed quote, are the entire agreement between you and ARM Media Group LLC for the purchase they cover.
Precision may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its date, and the version in force when you placed an order applies to that order.
