What it does
Between the cameras and the ball
An overhead unit hangs in the one place a shanked ball can reach. The case is the part that takes the hit.
Clear, by design
Transparent polycarbonate, ⅛ inch thick, per Carl’s — the cameras look through it, so the data is unaffected.
On the existing screws
Carl’s installation is a slide: the case’s slotted holes go around the screws that hold the launch monitor to its mount, then the screws are tightened. No new holes.
The figures
⅛″ polycarbonate; 2 lb. Fits the EYE XO2.
