Ordering and delivery

Shipping. Free ground shipping to the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C. Carl’s Place lists this as a manufacturer-direct item: it ships separately from an enclosure kit on the same order, with its own tracking.

Fits. The Uneekor EYE XO only — Carl’s states this case does not fit the EYE XO2, which has its own.
Returns and support

Returns. Carl’s Place accepts returns within 30 days of delivery on items in like-new condition, approved before they ship back; return shipping is the buyer’s. Carl’s lists this as a manufacturer-direct item: a 5% fee applies to a cancellation or change once ordered. Contact Precision before shipping anything back.

Between the cameras and the ball

An overhead unit hangs in the one place a shanked ball can reach. The case is the part that takes the hit.

Clear, by design

Transparent polycarbonate, ⅛ inch thick, per Carl’s — the cameras look through it, so the data is unaffected.

On the existing screws

Carl’s installation: raise the case over the unit and its bracket, then slide it to lock around the existing screws. No new holes.
